- Undertaking thorough reviews of complex claims to provide guidance on their future assessment;
- Advising on the full range of issues that may arise during the assessment of a claim such as interpreting policy terms, non-disclosure & misrepresentation and the available remedies, fraudulent claims, pre-existing condition and other exclusion clauses;
- Discussing the collection of evidence relevant to the assessment of the claim, including medical, financial, employment and vocational information;
